Soutric Chatterji graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2009 and from New York Law School in 2013.
Soutric’s role focuses on corporate practice support and administration and litigation. Soutric has extensive experience with auditing and administrating multistate and multinational corporations’ business activities, corporate practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, federal, international laws and regulations, organizing and administering organizational meetings and annual meetings of corporations, handling transactions by and between corporations, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Soutric also has considerable experience drafting a variety of contracts and legal instruments including multijurisdictional and cross border contracts, licenses, confidentiality agreements, settlement agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and termination agreements.
Additionally, Soutric works on a variety of litigation matters defending corporate clients against claims involving breach of contract, product liability, intellectual property, fraud and deceptive trade practices, a variety of employment related issues, and cases involving significant personal injury, death or property damage He also works on a wide range of securities litigation, defending clients in cases, commenced by the government or private parties, involving allegations of various securities law violations, class action litigation, FINRA and SEC enforcement proceedings and financial services litigation.
Soutric is fluent in Hindi and Bengali, and has proficiency with Italian.
